1. In KKL, the Managing Director administers overall corporate affairs, under directions set out by the Board of Directors; additionally, up to two Vice-Directors are appointed to assist the Managing Director in all aspects of the business.
2. Within the Managing Director’s office, under the guidance of the Managing Director, the Secretary check and approves official documents, carries out internal audits, implements public affairs and coordinates between multidisciplinary business affairs.
3. For guidance and advice on business activities and specific investigations, KKL appoints up to 3 consultants in the fields of accounting, legal and management.
4. KKL consists of 12 units: Sales Dept., General Affairs Office, Treasury Dept., Human Resources Office, Accountancy Office, Health & Safety Office, Research & Development Dept., Engineering Dept., Materials Dept., Quality Control Dept., and finally Kinning Plant and Kincheng Plant.
