V. Guidance notes:

(I) Please bring the card with you and make purchases at Ningshan Rationed Sale Office during business hours in the rationed sale period (8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 13:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m.). Those who fail to do so within the period will be considered forfeiting their rights.
(II)Items for rationed sale are existing stocks. The sale will last till the items are sold out. If a sale fails to go through because of factors on the part of the KKL, the buyer will suffer no loss in his purchase rights.
