Non-chill filtration is employed to maximize the fruity notes. High-temperature storage in a sub-tropical island climate means an Angel’s Share of up to 10% per year. The faster aging process produced a well-rounded body with balanced sweetness free of alcohol’s intrusive presence. The taste continues to mature and evolve even after bottling. Whenever a new bottle is opened, the sheer presence of the cask-strength liquor will make you look forward to every encounter with Kinmen Whisky. The straight, round bottle with its concise lines contains the first “Kinmen Whisky” to be crafted by KKL. The bottle itself is perfect for presenting the rich colors and textures of the liquor.
