It is an umbilical cord that breaks down differences so that distance no longer means but separation, but a starting point for new encounters. The white porcelain vessel symbolizes the “Connecting Bridge” between Kinmen and Xiamen. The cloud and mountain designs on the left and right represent Kinmen and Xiamen as well as harmony and peace across the Strait. The number “25” with connected digits celebrates the “25th anniversary of the Mini-Three-Links” as not only a mode of transportation, but also the linking and extension of emotions. The turquoise box symbolizes the sea between the two cities. The white waves hint at the close ties. The liquor bottle is like a bridge that spans a quarter of century’s warm friendship between Kinmen and Xiamen.
Liquor: A clear, transparent liquor that is infused with the rich, fresh fragrance of sorghum, tropical fruits and nectar, the lingering notes of cellar aging, as well as the compounded aroma of smoked plum and nuts. The mouth feel is soft and rounded with a lingering sweetness. The acidity is also perfectly balanced with a refreshing finish that never quite fades away, perfectly capturing the taste of classic Kinmen Kaoliang liquor.
