Liquor: Made with glutinous sorghum, this liquor is characterized by a rich, smooth taste in a clear and aromatic liquor. After a balanced aroma of fragrance, grain aroma, and rich esters comes a fermented sauce flavor. This “ester before fermented sauce” flavor is like the compound fragrance of dark plum, ripened honeydew melon, and light aged smell. The rich and smooth body tastes smooth and sweet. The slight sour taste helps stimulate saliva. The finish is pleasant and long-lasting, with a residual scent in the glass.
