Differences in security aluminum caps
There are three types of security aluminum caps in the market. From September 1, 2002 to September 30, 2007, we used the first version of security features on products using made-in-Japan caps. We began using the second version security features (NB: the bottle manufacturing date is labeled at the bottom of the wine label) on October 1, 2007. We used the latest laser security aluminum caps on the bottles made on and after August 4, 2016.

Ordinary lighting
UV light
1. Latent text: Under UV light, the “KKL” mark becomes visible at the upper rim of the ring.
2. Cap embossed text: The text “金門高粱酒” and “KINMEN KAOLIANG LIQUOR” around the cap is polished to deliver a tidy and good-looking 3D pattern on the cap surface.
3. Anti-theft ring design: After turning the cap, the anti-theft ring will be irrecoverably broken to identify if the liquor has been opened.
