Origin: The year 2012 marked KKL’s 60th anniversary and the year of the dragon. To celebrate this significant moment, we launched “The Imperial Dragon Liquor” blended with the select aged winter cut with “Coiled Twin Dragons Grabbing Bead” as the design concept. The unique aroma includes a rich flavor and fragrance to add a smooth and rich mouthfeel to the smooth and icy taste.
Package design: The round jade porcelain design is adapted from the Chinese ancient jade "bi", meaning satisfaction and perfection. Together with the KKL’s “double dragon” totem and the golden dragon bead at the bottle mouth, the whole picture symbolizes everything will be perfect in the year of the dragon. The two dragons represent safeguarding the precious liquor contained in the jade.
Liquor: The refined KKL sorghum liquor used in this product is blended by experienced distillers with select single-base aged sorghum liquor of different ages and different alcohol contents prepared in different seasons with KKL’s legacy distillation knowhow and innovative skills. Select sorghum liquor aged for over 16 years is added to blend a perfect aroma and mouthfeel before further aging for at least another 5 years in specific tunnels. It is a superior KKL sorghum liquor tailored for KKL sorghum liquor fans with a taste.
