After the legacy solid grain fermentation process, KKL captures the fore-shot and removes the feint before cellaring the cut in the tunnel with constant temperature and constant humidity for a minimum of 8 years for aging. The natural cool air inside the tunnel facilitates the mutual blending and absorption of ingredients in the liquor for natural purification to deliver a refined and elegant aged fragrance.
