KKL and the Deer Farmers’ Association of Kinmen co-developed the “Kinmen Antler Wine” with 30% alcohol content. Apart from ensuring the quality and food safety of antlers, KKL blends this liquor with its sorghum liquor at a one-to-four proportion to deliver a charming amber liquor suitable for use by both genders. In addition to the mild and smooth mouthfeel, a rich antler aroma spreads in the mouth. This unique aroma and precious joy demonstrate the regimen value of traditional medicine. Frequently using the “Kinmen Antler Wine” can achieve the effect of direct antler use. The original “40% Kinmen Antler Wine” in a 0.4L package was recognized with the gold medal at the 2017 International Institute for Quality Selections (Monde Selection). Quality antlers and liquor have been selected by the professional liquor tasters of KKL’s liquor center through sensory certification to ensure the perfect proportion and rich taste changes of the product.
