Origin: To commemorate the progressive transformation of these barbed wired islands into picturesque islands of peace, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc. (KKL) and Matsu Liquor Factory Industry Co., Ltd. (MLF) co-launched this memorial liquor package at the centenary of the Republic of China.
Package design: The lotus-leaf-shaped cap symbolizes peace. The nationalflag colors red, blue, and white representing liberty, equality, and fraternity and the gold color representing “rich life” are used to commemorate the transformation into the picturesque islands of peace of these two islands.
Liquor: With constant temperature and constant humidity, tunnels become the perfect environment for storing the sorghum liquors of KKL and MLF. These two companies specifically selected their tunnel-aging liquors for the package. The red bottle contains the three-year-aged KKL sorghum liquor, and the blue bottle contains the 3-year-aged MLF Daqu liquor. Together they fulfill the demand of connoisseurs for tasting and collection of both types of liquors at the same time.
