Origin: ErKuoTou refers to the cut obtained from the secondary distillation of baijiu boiled in a tin tun in t ancient times after changing the cooling water. It is thus called the secondary distilled baijiu featuring a smooth, sweet, and special flavor. Today, ErKuoTou often refers to quality sorghum liquor.

製作特色: KKL’s ErKuoTou liquor is made with select glutinous red sorghum and red wheat and prepared with KKL’s legacy solid grain fermentation process. After collecting the middle part of the cut obtained only from the secondary fermentation and secondary distillation in winter, distillers store the cut in the cellar for aging before blending it into other cuts based on KKL’s exquisite blending artistry and bottling the blended liquor in porcelain jars to accelerate aging for a stronger aroma.

Liquor: The clear liquor carries a special aroma and elegant taste, with a velvety, sweet, and smooth mouthfeel causing neither irritation to the throat nor dizziness, thus making it an exceptional product of its kind.
