Liquor: Distillers follow the solid grain fermentation process to make this liquor with select quality red sorghum and wheat and heat-resistant starter grown with natural yeasts. Only the best cut of the secondary distillation after double fermentation is selected for blending before storing in special porcelain jars and aging in the military tunnels.
